- SEAN Kidz sells books, STEAM kits, toys and stationery. Not every product shown on the website is in our stock. If a product in your order is out of stock, we will collect it from the publisher, manufacturer or supplier and send it to you. If it is not available from them either, we will not be able to supply it.
- We do our best to describe every product accurately. As we do not make these products ourselves, we rely on the publisher, manufacturer or supplier for product descriptions. If a product does not match its description on the website, the only remedy is to return it to SEAN Kidz unused.
- Your order is an offer to us, not a sales contract. After we receive your order, the website sends you an order confirmation email. This email is not a sales contract either. The sale is complete when the products in your order are handed over to you.
- You can cancel your order at any time before the products are handed over to you.
